Polka.... with heart!

Happy Sunday.  I made this card for the current Unity Show and Tell challenge which asks for the combination of polka dots and hearts. What a cute mix!

I watercolored a Tri-Color background in white cardstock and stamped the image. I stamped same image in a same size piece of vellum and matched them with eyelets.  I love the effect achieved since you have a great soft look of the image with subtle background colors.  I framed this in black cardstock.

To the card base upper left corner  I sprayed some color for an interesting artistic look and then trimmed a polka dot patterned paper to uncover that corner and the opposite one which has the sentiment stamped on it.

Little hearts at bottom left are also part of sane Unity's stamp kit.

Hope you liked my card.

Also, as a reminder please come back to my blog on Monday to enjoy more projects posted the whole week and get a chance to win Unity Stamp Co's beautiful stamps.
