Sharing some ATC love...

Hello My dear Friends...
I have really been very busy with other aspects in my life and unfortunately am missing my hobby so much.  I hope 2019 will be different and I could find again a good balance.

I have made some ATC's that I've shared in Instagram and Facebook but hadn't posted here.  Even though a blog is not so popular nowadays, I want to continue posting my creations here and somehow keep documenting this creative journey with you all.

Hope you like my latest creations and let's make a toast for a wonderful beginning of 2019!  Cheers!

And for those who would prefer to make the toast with some coffee... here's this cup of joy!

The important thing is that we keep united by the love we have for creativity...

… and let the wind guide us through this wonderful journey...

Thank you for stopping by...

We all need a little HOHOHO

In my last post I showed you one of the Christmas ATC's shared with my swap group...

Here's the second one.  For this one I stamped image and sentiment, and heat embossed.   I then applied Glossy Accents in the borders and used some glitter for a festive touch.  Love this sentiment...

Here's the pair of ATC's my friends received this month.  Hope you like them.

"Joy" ATC - and... Merry Christmas!

Joy... is what I wish for all of you.

Happy Holidays!!!

Hope you are having a great Christmas Day.

I recently made my two monthly ATCs for a swap stamping group.  These two ATC's I make for 7 to 10 people are actually making me take some time for the hobby even when I don't have too much time... so it's good.  Plus, getting other people's creations help us share inspiration and art.

For this ATC I used distressed ink in different colors on the base and applied some water for blending.  I then stamped the image of the tree and heat embossed, then did the same with title.

I used some "Stickles" drops for a final touch.

There's is a lot of imperfection in the process of making several projects of same design.  But I really like that each one of the creations is unique.

Merry Xmas!

LCSC #89 - Latina Crafter Sketch Challenge...

Espero les haya gustado y no olviden visitar Latina Crafter.

Turtle Love

I like turtles.  Did you know that?  I just think they are strong, have a long life and have patience.  They are not as slow as some people think they are... they can bite you very quickly if you are not careful and can run away from you if you are not looking.

I actually have a pet one, called Mingui. :)

I made these ATC's for a swap group and the optional theme was animals.  So I decided to use these "old" stamps from Unity Stamp Co.

For the base I used Kraft cardstock.  I stamped the heart and sentiment first, and then embossed through the Cuttlebug machine.

I stamped the two turtles in different patterned papers and fussy cut both to assemble as shown.

At this date, my friends should have received these turtles with love... :)

Give Thanks... Every day!!!

Everyday... give thanks...

There's always a reason or ten, to be thankful everyday.  Focus on the positive and all the blessings you have received in your life.

Did you eat today?  Do you have a place you can call home and come back everyday after work?  Do you have a job?  Do you have someone to care about and someone that cares about you?
You are blessed.

Don't complain about having a bad hair day or because things sometimes don't go the way you'd wanted.  It's called life.

It's difficult to be always positive and happy because we are human beings and we have feelings...  But you can try doing your best and you'll see the difference in life.

Happy Thanksgiving!

(ATC's called "Give Thanks"; made for a swap Unity Stamps ATC group.  Hope you like them.)

Be thankful.

Pain = Strength

Almost gone … bye October… just a few more days… My birthday month, vacation month… and Breast Cancer Awareness month.

This is another ATC I made for my swap friends.
Love this awareness tree… don’t you?
