Let it go...

Hello.  Hope you are enjoying the weekend.  

Just sharing a card I recently made.  I sprayed a base covering an area to later stamp the sentiment. 

The image was stamped and colored with watercolor paint... dot by dot. 

Then I framed the creation using several layers of green cardstock in different tones and finally over a plum color base. I used dimensional adhesives for some of the layers. 

Sequins were used as final touches over the painting details.

Good News

Dear friends...

I am so excited to tell you some news.  

Today is the perfect day to tell you. 

I will be participating with Unity Stamp Co in the program called Growing in Unity ... so I will be a GIU Gal for one week. 

What does this mean?  Well... I get to share new projects using Unity Stamp Co, everyday for five days (Mon thru Fri).  I am very excited about the special projects I plan to create just for this special week when I will be featured.  I am hoping you can be with me through this journey and enjoy my creations. 

Posts will be originated in my blog and you can visit everyday to read the post and comment.  You will want to comment  on all five posts because at the end of the week I will choose two random winners to receive 25 stamps from Unity.  Easy, huh?  Unity is full of creative and amazing people and they are being very generous. This initiative helps me to be able to show my hobby and also gives you the opportunity to win cool stamps.

Elena and Me!

Sometimes one just want to document a moment and the layout doesn't need to have the most complicated techniques or lots of embellishments.

A simple title and the photos as main elements in the page would do it.   That's how I felt today when making this page. 

I went to Cuzco, Perú about two months ago and when having lunch in Ollantaytambo, I shared with a man with several animals including Elena, the "alpaca".   I tried to take an "usie" with her but didn't make it until photo #11.  LOL!!!

So this is a layout about Elena and Me.  Hope you like it.

More butterfly effect

Hello!

Remember the beautiful butterflies I showed you in a past post.  (Click here:   http://winecheesescrapbooking.blogspot.com/2017/06/butterflies.html?m=1 )

I made three of them but only used two for my card.  So I used the third one for another card. 

This is a CAS design. I used colored burlap as base for the card. Then added a die cut shape where I positioned the butterfly.  I used dimensional adhesives for the wings so she can stand out. 

Also stamped the sentiment in vellum and added below.   Details with sequins provide a great touch.  

I will share this with Unity Show and Tell Facebook group.  Crossing my fingers to win the stamps. LOL!!!

Cupcake Little Card

Hello...

Let me share with you this cute little card I made for a niece.   It's a CAS Style card!

I got inspiration from current Curtain Call challenge.  You can know about it following this link:

I started with a white card base with banner holes.   I stamped the cupcake image and colored. Also used some glitter help to make it awesome. Also stamped the sentiment below the image. 

In the interior of the card I placed two pieces of cardstock, one of them with a punched border. These are seen thru the holes and give life to the banner. 

Hope you like my card. My niece loved it.

Y... Otra Tarjeta de Padres... LCSC72

Creí que les había compartido ya todas las tarjetas de padres que hice con sellos y productos de Latina Crafter....  pero se me había quedado una.  

Muy sencilla en términos de los elementos utilizados pero a la vez muy poderosa en su mensaje. 

Utilicé un "embossing folder" simulando una hoja de libreta en un cardstock verde. Esto lo utilicé como fondo para la tarjeta. En esta hoja estampé los mensajes tipo listado pero simulando que están escritos en una libreta como tal. 

Voy a compartir también esta tarjeta con la gente linda de Latina Crafter por ser el tema de los padres.
